The social networking site, FACEBOOK.COM has SOME balls!

They BAN photos of BREATSFEEDING mothers.

That's right. They BAN them.

Wow. Who would have ever thought that we'd live in a country where displaying a PHOTO OF US FEEDING OUR BABIES was a CRIME.

SICKENING!

I have joined "forces" with the League of Maternal Justice to tell FaceBook that THEY SUCK!

So, I haven't blogged here in QUITE some time!

Since relocating to California, and now Texas, my writing/blogging time has diminished A LOT.

That's not to say that I DON'T do those things anymore.

I blog on MOST of my MySpace pages, namely my main page, which is myspace.com/laylabeth.

I journal some at my CafeMom page, also.

I am STILL working on my novels, here and there, hit and miss, but mainly, I am awaiting the birth of my daughter.

This is a very exciting time for me! And for the first time in a VERY long time, I feel that things are going "pretty darn good" in my life, also.

I had to clear so much clutter away--be it real clutter, or mental, spiritual and emotional clutter.

I feel so much... ...LIGHTER...

...even though I have all this 'baby' situated in my middle!!!

I can't guarantee that I'll blog here often. But I will try to check in, once in a while, if nothing else.

In October of this past year, I married Bret--the wonderful (self-described) "burned out rockstar," who brought my son and I to California, this past June.

Shortly following our nuptuals, (which were AWESOME, and overlooking the ocean in Shell Beach, California) we discovered we were pregnant!

I, very much, look forward to capturing as many photos of this blessed time, as I can, and displaying them here, and on some of my other pages.

At this time, I am a little over two months along, and don't really "show." When I do, though--I plan to display my belly proudly!!!

I should probably, go off on this subject on my reviews page, but I just have a moment, right now, and need to get that statement "out there," for all of the world to see...They have stood the true test of time; have proven that they care about humanity and have managed to create a unique, and somewhat ethereal sound. Their best work--again, my opinion--is "The Joshua Tree," followed closely by "Achtung Baby." They are an amazing band, and I am forever a faithful fan...
